Seedlings are a living product and, as such, we are unable to accept returns and have a no-returns policy.We do, however, always want to make sure our customers are satisfied, so please contact us within three (3) days of receipt of your unsatisfactory seedlings. Photos are required for our horticulture experts to properly assess plant health. Seedlings are living organisms, and should be treated as such, and should be opened from their shipping box and planted as soon as possible upon receipt. We will gladly provide credit or a refund for any affected seedlings that don’t recover after 1 week of receipt.

NON-SEEDLING PRODUCT RETURN POLICYFor any undamaged non-live product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Cerca Cultivation Gift Cards are not eligible for return. Returns will be subject to a $60 shipping fee, provided the product is returned in its original packaging, with all of its original parts, in undamaged condition. To initiate a return please contact us. Once the items have been received, credit will be issued to the method of payment that was originally charged.
